21 Day Fix – Day 12!

The workout today is Cardio Fix. As the name implies, it’s complete cardio from cross jacks to burpees. A high intensity start to the day!

And my food for Day 12!

Breakfast:

001Chocolate Shakeology (red container), water and ice. Bet you didn’t see that coming.

 

 

 

 

 

Snack #1:

003Greek yogurt (red container) and mixed berries (purple container).

 

 

 

 

Lunch:

008Toasted western sandwich (red container and yellow container).  Cucumber with sansal (green container) and 12 raw almonds (blue container).

 

 

Snack #2:

006Apple (purple container), peanut butter (2 tsps)

 

 

 

 

Dinner:

011Baked haddock, wild rice (yellow continer), salad (2 green containers) and honey dijon dressing (1/2 orange container).

 

 

 

And Day 12 is a wrap!

21 Day Fix – Day 11!

Time to play catch-up on my posts!  Day 11’s workout was Pilates. I think this is one of my favourite workouts. It’s considered an active recovery day, so not as intense as previous days, but still not giving you a complete rest day. Most of this workout focuses on abs. That’s certainly not a complaint.

And the food for Day 11:

 

Breakfast:

001Chocolate Shakeology (red container) with water and ice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Snack #1:

002Changing it up a bit! 2 hard boiled eggs (red container) and chopped mango (purple container).

 

 

 

Lunch:

004Toasted bacon and tomato sandwich (red container, yellow container). Didn’t count anything for green as it was one slice of tomato. Added it to my afternoon snack. Mayo (1/4 orange container) and chopped watermelon (purple container).

Snack #2:

no_imageBaby carrots (green container) and hummus (blue container). Forgot to take a pic! hehe

 

 

 

 

 

Dinner:

006Homemade chicken paprikash leftovers (red container) over egg noddles (yellow container). Garden salad (2 green containers).  Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing (1/2 orange container).
